Bye bye crib (Erin started frequently scaling the sides)......
hello, big girl bed! Our first night went well...she didn't even try to get out once. Time will tell. The next day, however, she asked for her crib back....sorry miss Erin....it's all taken apart.
O.k....these are probably the first of many Disney pictures, as we bought an annual pass. This is about as relaxing as it gets with our kids. Some day (I hope) there will be some sipping drinks on the beach in Hawaii without jumping up every 5 seconds. For now, Disney keeps them (and us) happy.
Pixie Hollow
This is a VERY rare sight for the McGlothins. I think it may be the second time in history (Shea being the first) that either has ever napped in a stroller. It was a peaceful 45 minutes.
Erin finally learned to not swallow gum. She was so proud and said "I want a picture of my gum!"
We wouldn't let Shea get his face painted because he always wanted to swim, so he gave up the pool to be a pirate for the day.
These asian girls loved the face painting and wanted a picture with him.
Dumbo got to ride on Dumbo.
It was so fun that our hotel had songs by the fireplace and stories each night. The kids loved this and it helped as an incentive to leave the parks.
This was probably the last time that we could do this, but we put Erin's pack n play in the bathroom, so after Shea crashed out (Erin is a much lighter sleeper), we'd turn on the t.v., chit chat and have a glass of wine.
